The HPI Mini-Trophy is one of the most unique RC vehicles ever made - designed in conjunction with the full-size desert racing team from TSA Motorsports, the Mini-Trophy is almost a carbon copy of TSA's full-size racing truck that competes in the 7200 class of desert racing trucks. Desert racing is one of the toughest racing series on the planet, with hundreds of racing teams taking to the sands, riverbeds and rocky terrain of the American and Mexican deserts. The 7200 class requires only that each vehicle use bodywork that identifies it clearly as a truck, and each truck must use a 6-cylinder engine - allowing for a huge array of designs and capabilities!

We're proud to release the Mini-Trophy with an officially authorized, vintage style Ivan 'Ironman' Stewart Toyota pick-up truck body! Of all the drivers that have tried to tame the desert, Ivan 'Ironman' Stewart is one of the most legendary drivers in American motorsport. From his first win in 1973, the Ironman went on to a hugely successful partnership with Toyota trucks and conquered the off-road racing scene, garnering 17 Baja 500 wins, eight Mint 400 wins, four Parker 400s, three Baja 1000s and four SCORE World Championships. Ivan is an inductee into the Off Road Motorsports Hall of Fame, alongside such legendary figures as Mickey Thompson, Walker Evans, Parnelli Jones and Dick Cepek.
