HOT NEWS! The D8T, driven by ace driver Bruce Thompson, took the overall win in the Coventry round of the 2010 UK Truggy Pro Championship Series last weekend! Bruce went into the final weekend of the series with a commanding points lead, with second place needing to win and count on a bad weekend for Bruce and his HB D8T - but that wasn't going to happen!
From the first round of qualifying, Bruce's D8T set a blistering pace and didn't let up. This gave Bruce a vital extra point and set the marker for the finals. Into the last A Final of the season, all eyes were on Bruce, his D8T and the only other person who could contend for the win...by the end of the race, with the entire field lapped not once but TWICE, Bruce and his HB D8T claimed the title win with a perfect day of racing and a true champion's drive!
