Please note that although your Racer Gallery submissions may not appear in the Racer Gallery immediately, be prepared to wait 2-4 weeks, depending on the amount of entries we receive. For hints and suggestions on how to make your car or truck look its best, see our R/C Photography Tips!

The fine print: This contest is open to people in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). Entries can be submitted from outside of North America, but due to the complexities of import duties and shipping costs they are not eligible to win any prizes. By voluntarily submitting your car or truck to the HPI Racing website for use in the Racer's Gallery, you agree that HPI Racing has the right to use (from the email(s) you send for the Racer's Gallery) any images, any text, your name and your location in [city, state, country] form, on any HPI Racing website, however HPI Racing will NOT use your email address or full mailing address. Any use of this information will be strictly for purposes of inclusion on the Racer's Gallery section of the website, in possible future additions to the HPI Racing website and in possible future public advertisements, for promotional use only by HPI Racing. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your entry. If you have already submitted your entry, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@hpiracing.com so that we may remove your entry if we have posted it already. These rules may change at any time and without warning, however they will be considered in effect, immediately and retroactively, as soon as they are updated on Racer's Gallery web page. This contest void where prohibited. Any taxes, tariffs and duties on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A list of winners may be requested after the contest ends by contacting HPI Racing USA by letter, email or phone.

Want to send in your picture? Think you can do as good or better than the pictures in the Gallery right now? Remember our submission guidelines:

• Please include your actual name in the e-mail as well so we can give you credit.
• You MUST include the text below in any Racer's Gallery email that is sent to us:
  

"By submitting this email to HPI Racing, I confirm that I have read and understand the rules regarding the HPI Racing Racer's Gallery Pick of the Year contest ("the contest"). I confirm that the radio control car kits shown and described in this email belong to me or to the people that I name within this email. I understand that this contest may not be legal in my country, state or province, and if so, I am not eligible to win any prizes connected to the contest; however, the information in this email may still be used as described in the rules regarding the competition. I further understand that the rules governing the contest are located in the Racer's Gallery section of the HPI Racing USA web site and may be changed at any time and without warning, taking effect immediately and retroactively. Finally, I understand that although my pictures may get accepted, they may be edited for use by HPI or not used - the discretion is solely up to HPI." If this text is not included in the email that contains your picture attachments, your email will be DELETED and WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CONTEST!!

• Your submission must be an HPI body. The chassis should be an HPI car, but it's not a requirement. Photos with an HPI chassis will take priority over non-HPI submissions.
• Look through our R/C Photography Tips to help you take the best pictures possible! Remember that submissions are judged on best overall picture quality, paintjob and other factors. Good photography will increase your chances of winning.
• Make your pictures at least 500-700 pixels wide, ".jpg" format.
• Please send no more than your BEST 4-6 pictures.
• Please make your file names ALL LOWERCASE, with NO spaces and NO special characters (#, /, ?, !, etc.).
• Please ATTACH YOUR FILES, do not insert files in the email itself.
• Because of the recent virus distribution, please do not submit .zip files.
• Remember you MUST include the disclaimer text above to be eligible! Send your email to the webmaster and good luck!

Send a few pictures and a description of you and your car to the webmaster and we'll have your HPI car or truck in our international Racer's Gallery! Don't forget to include the text outlined above!
