Chris van Heerden

Hi There HPI

My name is Chris and Im from South Africa. This is my Savage25 with its new HPI Dodge Ram body. This body I hand picket as I thought it would be sutable for the nick that the truck has urned itself on the track (Thre Destroyer). As it destroys anything in its way that does not have the same or more power than it does which might I add there are'nt any. This truck is the best. It gave me a second place overall in our club races and the first place winner was a Savage25 as well. Point proven!! Only two "hop-ups" done to the truck and that is dual brake disks and adjustable upper suspension arms. The rest dont need to be changed. Keep the good trucks comming!!!

Preston Hewis

Hi my names Preston Hewis I'm from Euclid,Oh and just finished painting my fourth HPI body. You guys have by far the best body's for 1/10 touring car IMO. I have the Porsche body that came with my nitro RS4 2 RTR a Viper, and a Lotus Elise body as well. My RS4 has a number of hop-ups including a new heavy duty main chassis (twisted the 1st one), Wolf Pack Radicals Cooling head (heat sink head), nitro 2-speed transmission, front belt tensioner, exhaust header, heavy duty 1st gear adapter, sway bar set, purple HG front & rear aluminum shock towers, an in-line fuel filter, and your new molded wing set for touring cars the rest is all from Robinson Racing Products; small aluminum 18 tooth pulleys, lightweight aluminum vented flywheel, aluminum brake rotor / hub with carbon fiber pads

Dear HPI,
After watching the BMW minifilms online, I wanted a BMW 5 Series car, but this was the best I could do. Not bad if you ask me. I trimmed the lower edges of the body so that I could get a closer-to-scale look since the real BMW 5 series do not sit so low to the ground. I will also admit that I've always respected HPI as a r/c car company and have always wanted to own one of their touring cars. Most of all, I admire your FANTASTIC collection of r/c bodies that are such high quality! Ok, enough brown nosing ;) here are some specs of my car:

Body: BMW M5 200mm
Chassis: Sprint (modified for 2WD for more "interesting driving.")
Rims: Chrome Mesh 26mm
Tires: V-Groove Super Radial
