Hey guys,

My name is Steve Phemister (aka RallySteve) from Beaverton, Oregon and here’s my submission for this months HPI Racer Gallery.

It’s an HPI RS4 e-Rally chassis (lowered for tarmac) topped by an HPI Mitsubishi Lancer V WRC body. I used a custom mix of Parma Fascolor paints for the green and accented the body with Faspearl White and charcoal graphics.

The body has many modifications including a full 3D interior tray complete with dashboard, steering wheel, seat w/ harness, NOS bottle and fire extinguisher. The outside has mesh work on all intakes and vents, intercooler, wipers, mirrors, disk brakes w/ calipers, a drifting wing, an aluminum exhaust and a full set of LED lights w/ fixtures. The body is affixed to the chassis using rare earth magnets so no body pins are needed.

This project spanned a few stress-filled weeks to finish, but a fair amount of the detail parts were fabricated beforehand, due to other projects I had completed in the past.

I hope you enjoy my “Lancer EVO V Drifter”!

Hi my name is Francis from CA. I have a few pictures of my HPI micro RS4 with a Castrol Mugen NSX paint scheme. This was an airbrushed paint job using Pactra paints (rally green, outlaw black, racing red, and sprint white). I have also painted the 5 spoke HPI micro rims with rally green to add some color. Most decals came from the original decal sheet that came with the NSX. I made all other necessary decals. The car is mainly stock, I am still using 4 AA's, stock motor, LRP Quantum Pro ESC, KO Propo servo, JR R1 radio system. Options include rear HPI ball differential, Front aluminum CVD's, Aluminum front pulley, and HPI servo saver set. Accessories include HPI concourse kit (2) so I can use the dual exhaust. HPI LED light kit is still in the works. Please send any questions or emails to impulseboy738@netzero.net Thank You

These are some pictures of my new HPI Nitro RS4 MT. I hope you like them. It is very fast but I have not found out exactly how fast. I decided to make the body an American flag but with chrome instead of white. It is stock but I hope to get some aluminum parts for it and some other stuff. It is my first nitro and it is allot easier to use and start than I thought it would be. For more information visit www.digitaliscool.com
