HPI,

It has been ten years since I have built an R/C car, and this is my first nitro! My hat is off to you guys for creating a great truck. The instructions were great and it has been a true joy to build and drive this truck! I'm hooked on R/C again and HPI will be my kit of choice in the future. Hope you like the pictures! Cheers,

The other pictures are from the BMW GTR. We raced that body on a combined chassis of my Pro 2 and Rally.
This car was entered in the legendary HFCC 4hour race in wich it got second.

This is a custom body i painted. It is on a Pro 3, which is an AWESOME car, thank you so much for the quality products you make. The car is stock because of the specific races i participate in at the local track. If you're wondering, yes, that tiger is real, it happens that my brother is a lion tamer, and he allowed me to take the picture in his cage. It took me about 2 weeks to completely finish and fix up, but well worth the outcome. Thanks again HPI!

First off, I would like to say that HPI bodies and R/C's are awsome. I own a HPI Nitro MT, but I don't have any pictures to submit of it yet. The pictures that I'm submitting are of my Traxxas 4-Tec 4wd car with an HPI Honda Civic Si body. As you will see, some of the pictures, the body posts were not drilled yet, I just didn't have the heart to put anything through the body. The body was painted with Pactra True Blue Pearl and backed with Pactra Indy Silver. The wheels are from a Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for getting me back into the hobby with your HPI Challenges. We really need some tracks in North Jersey.

It all started with one Rs4-SS... then I built one for my brother... then one for his friend. You know how it goes. Hpi has the most realistic bodies that are easy to detail with the beautiful stickers and convenient window maskings. I am also a big fan of the anodized aluminum; without the color I feel as if I am back in days of Kyosho (yuk). I bought the SS also because I like building kits and I couldn't wait to get my hands on that 2 speed transmission. Next thing you know I have a Racer MT and RS4-2 (wanted to build something with belts for fun) and finally my prize Proceed.

Here are some pics of - in my opinion- one of the greatest bodies ever: the HPI Ford Mondeo! I painted it with LRP Metallic Red/LRP Silver and the silver painted HPI BBS wheels gives the body a realistic and very fine look. The chassis is a full optioned HPI RS4 Pro3.

Here are a couple of pictures of my rs4 rally with the suzuki escudo body. the body has some cool lights on it! they appera dim in the pic but they are really very bright! It also has a d3.5 12 turn motor and an atom esc.this car rips!The whole you think you see in the front actually has some window screen over it to make a realistic grill effect.

Unfortunately there is snow every where and i cannot race or jump, but here are some photos from last year.The ramps are 5' high x 16' long and the transition is pretty steep. i am transfering across the middle grind box to the flat bank & i am pretty much going full throttle due to the tight tranny. the length of the ramp to ramp is ~16' long. Oh Ya. this is my first hpi mt and it is a RTR & i just got the saleen SS.keep up the good workand designs, Peace!

 

My name is Marcello and I live in New York. I just picked up a RS4-3 Type SS and painted two hot bodies. I did a few light mechanical upgrades but I love to work on new bodies and styles.

When I became interested in rc cars, my girlfriend complained that I spent too much time with them and not enough with her. Then she decided to start helping me with them.... So she came up with a design and hand-painted the body.Here is the result. Whatdya think?

Hello. My name is Martin and I am submitting on behalf of my friend Gil Than. He designed these HPI bodies to be similar to actual Touring Cars; hence the large amount of sponsor decals. The cars are a Dodge Stratus and a Peugeot 406 Coupe. Both bodies are placed on a Tamiya chassis.

Here is my HPI NMT. This thing is a beast, goes anywhere! Its my favorite because it can take much more abuse than my other HPIs (RS4, Sport 2, F1). This car was featured in the June 2001 issue of "Radio Control Car Action" magazine; page 48. All painting was done using only spray cans, I do not have an airbrush or anything like that. Thanks

here are pics of my Rs4 pro! Yes i kno its ancient but its tough! It's an
acura RSX body. it has a custom wing mount i made for it, and hpi belted X
pattern tires with HPI chrome 26mm 3mm off set Y spoke rims. it has a p2k
pro motor a stock esc of soem sort, with sanyo 3000 nimh HV.

For these bodies I chose the Honda Spoon Sports Theme mainly seen in Japan. Both the Honda Civic Hatchback and the Honda S2000 features HPI LED kits. It was a long process to complete these cars and boat because the decals are hand cut. I'm too poor to afford a sticker machine. I would like to thank my girlfriend for doing the masking and the decals for me. SHES AWESOME! Hope you guys enjoy!

My name is Mike from Va Beach. This is my HPI Savage. Most of the truck is stock, however I have upgraded the engine to a RB .21 S7. Now this truck is so bad that it will actually flip onto it's back. It's gone up against some good trucks like the new T-MAXX and the Thunder Tiger and has just blown them away. This is a great smash-mouth monster truck.
