Using a convenient and standard USB computer connection, you will be able to select brake/reverse settings, battery cut-off voltage and motor type, plus advanced settings such as throttle 'punch' control, drag brake, deadband and motor timing! You will also be able to install system 'firmware' updates onto your Flux ESC directly from your computer.
You are able to change many settings manually through the standard manual programming steps, however the USB Programming Kit will allow you to download free firmware updates from the Castle Creations website and manipulate all the fine-tuning options that are not accessible through the manual setting options.

For anyone that races, or just wants to grab total control over their Flux speedo settings, this is the perfect way to get the MOST out of your Flux ESC!

The software to update your Flux speedo is included on a mini-CD for installation onto your Windows-based computer. This software is compatible with Windows XP, 2000 or Vista systems - if you use a Mac with Intel processor and have Windows OS software, you will be able to use some software programs to run the Castle Link software.

Software engineers are also continually updating the 'firmware' of the Flux speedo for optimal efficiency and power - you can download the latest version of the firmware here! After you download the firmware update, follow the directions on the web link provided to bring your Flux speedo fully up to date with the latest version.
