The successor to HPI's popular Sprint electric touring car is now available! Our designers were given the difficult task of improving the already easy and fun to drive, highly competitive Sprint electric touring car. The target was to make it faster on the race track, easier to drive and easier to set up. The result is the RTR Sprint 2 that features a redesigned chassis and a long list of new features.

      

The RTR Sprint 2 is the perfect club racer and is the ideal entry into RC racing fun! Its chassis is almost indestructible and easy to drive, but also has all of the racing features you need for a perfect set-up on almost every racetrack. The "out of the box" settings will give you great handling on almost every surface, and with the fully adjustable suspension you have control over all important settings including camber, toe-in, ride height, Ackerman, and shock oil and shock springs!

Tough and durable! With a big foam front bumper, reinforced molded nylon chassis, upper deck and shock towers, you'll see that the Sprint 2 can take the abuse of racing on the track and on the street! The full ball bearing, dual belt, 4 wheel drive transmission is very efficient and capable of handling high power modified electric motors down to 10 turns. Standard equipment includes a 17 turn motor, reversible electronic speed control, battery pack, AC charger, and a highly reliable HPI radio system.

Low maintenance! With sealed gear differentials front and rear you never have to worry about time-intensive diff rebuilds on your Sprint 2. 8 rubber sealed ball bearings at the wheel axles and 6 more ball bearings at all other axles don't wear out like metal or plastic bushings and provide lower friction for long run time and high speed.
