Wheely King Crawler - Accessories By STRC
Posted by bacino

Convert your Wheely King into a Rock Crawler using all aftermarket parts by STRC.

( teamstrc.com )  All these parts shown are machined aluminum and available in 3 colors

Blue / Purple / Silver

Parts Shown:  ST28525B Steering Knuckles / ST85252B Hub Carriers (2 sets) / ST85257B Steering Linkage Upgrade Kit / ST85264CB Extended Wheelbase Rock Crawl Kit / STA549B Extended Axle Kit / STA30440B Differential Lockers

These Parts total approx. $180.00

Its not cheap but these parts add considerable strength and weight to your truck

Take your time and disassemble your truck, organize your parts as you remove them.

There is no install directions for the STRC parts, they are pretty self explanitory

The only other parts you will need are 8 rod ends to fit your extended wheel base links.  These are 3mm and available at your local hobby shop

Also you will need a p/n 6915 pinion gear (15T) & a p/n 6996 spur gear (96T) as mentioned in the other article on this site ( crawler conversion )  This will give you a good low crawl ratio

Other pictures to come will be the body modification. window & fender cut outs & a complete steel tube xo cage.  This will also add some considerable weight to the truck therefor better traction.  The body will also be lowered to reduce body roll.
