Rules and Conditions:
Please fill out the form as completely as possible and note the tracking number for your records. Purchase a qualifying, new HPI Racing vehicle from September 1st through October 31st, 2010 and receive the rebate listed for that vehicle. Offer includes purchases from authorized online retailers. Please call 1(888) 349-4474 for inquiries about authorized online retailers. Limit 10(ten) rebate offers per customer during this period.

What to send:

• Your ORIGINAL (No photocopies will be accepted – keep photocopy for your records) sales receipt or invoice with original shop name/logo clearly printed on the receipt (No generic or nameless receipts will be accepted), dated from September 1st through October 31st 2010.
• Your ORIGINAL UPC code (Proof of Purchase) from the box
• This completed printed form included with the other items.
