HPI visits STILLEN

Hpi Racing visited STILLEN today to present Steve Millen with a 1/10th scale replica of the STILLEN GT-R. Steve Millen is a legendary racing driver with career wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, 12 Hours of Sebring and 24 Hours of Daytone to name just a few. Steve Millen also holds the all time winning record in IMSA GTS history with 20 victories, along with a record 23 poles.

HPI was contacted by Kyle Millen a few weeks back whether it would be possible to make an RC replica of the STILLEN GT-R as a gift for Steve's birthday. We used the hpi Nissan GT-R Body (#17538) mounted on an E10 Chassis as the basis for the custom STILLEN GT-R. The end result is the one off HPI STILLEN GT-R, check out the pics below! It was all smiles at STILLEN as Kyle showed off the GT-R to some of the staff. And then came the big moment to present the GT-R to the man himself, Steve Millen. It was an honor to meet and present the HPI STILLEN GT-R replica to such a legend in the motorsports world, the smile of approval on Steve's face topped it all off!
