Great way to get your feet wet in competitive racing, new racer's highly encouraged to participate! Noob friendly racing. House Transponders will be provided for racers. This will be a 6 race series.
Classes and Rules
Short Course 2WD LIMITED -Stock Tires from any of the 4 Short Course Production Trucks (SC10, Blitz, Strike, Slash) -short course bodies -6 or 7 cell NIMH, or any 7.4 2 cell Lipo -brushed motors from any of the 4 Short Course Production Trucks (SC10, Blitz, Strike, Slash), may also be used. -brushless motors can be any 13.5 and higher motors. -other Stock equivalent motor (includes 17t aftermarket spec motors 540 can) -aftermarket parts are ok as long as they are NOT performance enhancing. (durability parts are ok) -Stock shock bodies must be used (from the same SCT you are using, ex. you CANT use threaded blitz shocks on a sc10)

Inspections will be made by the staff prior before the race.
All track venues TBD. They will all be in SD County; South of Solana Beach and North of Chula Vista. Practice will be from 9:15am - 9:45am. Races will begin at 10:00 am sharp.

We will be dropping your lowest race total. In other words, best 5 out of the 6 races. Best bet is to not miss more that one event!!
In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by best average finish position.
Bonus Points:
TQ=3pts Attending all 6 events =5pts
Cost: The series fee will either be $60, or two installments of $30. Fees will need to be paid by the morning of the first race (January 9th). Payments can be made via Paypal or in person before January 9th.
*Points will be proportional to the number of racers in attendance for the class. IE. 20 pts for first place based on 20 racers in that class. ** Based on a minimum of 20 entries. If more racers register the payout will rise accordingly, along with gift certificates from local sponsors TBA. ***Venues Subject to change
