The No Limit RC of Florida crew made the 7 hour drive north up I-75 to their neighboring state of Georgia, to be a part of Monster Jam History. Atlanta's Georgia dome played host to the first ever Monster Jam televised live on the Speed Channel.

Record setting freezing temperatures, snow and ice did not discourage the Atlanta fans from filling into the Dome in Sold Out fashion.  Action kicked off with the Built Ford Tough Party in the Pits, where No Limit RC of Florida set up a Radio Controlled Monster Truck elimination racing event. They had 16 replica RC Monster Trucks on hand to wow the crowd and boy did they. After the choreographed driver and truck introductions, qualifying got under way. Bari Musawwir and his HPI Savage X Grave Digger emerged as the number 1 qualifier. Trucks were then seeded slowest to fastest in a single elimination bracket. Each Driver campaigned 2 trucks each and when they finally got down to the final round Bari managed to put his Brand new Advanced Auto Parts Grinder Savage X replica and his Grave Digger Replica in the finals together. Team Mate Justin Heard would take over driving duties of the Grinder in the finals to pilot it to a win.   To see the full elimination bracket visit http://www.allprosoftware.net/NoLimitRCofFloridaMonsterJamDemoATL/1/aptschart.htm

After Racing was over it was time for an action packed , high flying rc freestyle to get the Atlanta Fans all fired up and ready for the nights Monster Jam action. No Limit RC of Florida would like to thank The Monster Jam crew for inviting them to such a great event. Also a special thanks goes out to HPI racing for there continued support , and all of their participants, Tom Dixon, Mike Herndon, James Kelly, Ralph Wentworth, Zeek Heard, Justin Heard, Donte Johnson,  Bari Musawwir, Chris Dixon and  Ernest Moore.

Monster Jam action saw the debut of the new Marvel Comics Iron man truck, and some high flying freestyle action from Scott Hartsock and the Gunslinger to name a few. It would be 8 time world Champion Tom Meents in Max D beating his arch rival Dennis Anderson and Grave Digger in both Racing and freestyle to earn the covenanted Monster Jam Double Down Trophy. What a great night of Monster Truck Action. The No Limit crew continues there Monster Jam tour next on January 23rd in Tampa Florida.
