JP Richards privateers and wins ROAR National Title. Hot Bodies D4 World Championship Edition wins its first ever ROAR National Championship. JP Richards wins the 19t 4wd Class at the 2009 ROAR Nationals. JP decided to make the switch to the D4 a few weeks before nationals and it was a match made in heaven. JP said of the Hot Bodies Car “The D4 allows me to drive as hard as I want. Going into Nationals I needed a car like that. I had tons of confidence in the car from the start. This is what allowed me to work my way up from 3rd on the grid at nationals to win the 2 A Mains needed for a National Championship.” JP would like to thank the following people for their help in winning a ROAR National title. Dustin Richards: Factory Wheel for Hot Bodies USA Dustin helped a lot with the transition to the new car. Luke Richards of Luke Dawg Photography: Luke was always there to help with that ever was needed. He also captured some of the best photos of the weekend for JP and his D4. Travis Amezcuia: Team Manager at Hot Bodies USA. Travis provided support for the car needed at the event. BC1 Graphics: For the stellar graphics. 707Paint.Net: Although there was not time to get a 4wd body done due to time constraints 707 always lays down the sick paint when needed. Look for JP Richards to continue to run his D4 WCE at the next round of the prestigious FTMS Series as he does battle with some of the best factory pros in the country July 10.
