HPI RACING EVENT SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS

**Please note, all sponsorship inquiries must be given to us and made at least 3 months prior to the scheduled event date**  see additional note at bottom*

WE WANT YOUR EVENTS ON OUR SITE - WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOUI!!!!

Our website receives around 10,000 page views per day @ about a half-million viewers per month.

We totally appreciate all the hard work it takes to create and carry out an event and wish to help you with a little extra media support to showcase all your hard work and help create influence on a national level.

STEP ONE - EVENT BANNER FOR HPI WEB SITE

We want an Event Banner for our site which includes your event dates and such.

Please make banners to these specs:
Banner size is: 150x504 pixels

EVENT BANNER to Include:
1] Event Name
2] Event Dates
3] Event Location
4] HPI and HB logos You can get the HPI/HB logos: http://www.hpiracing.com/logos/

STEP TWO

Additional notes for the info page:
1] Repeat of above info + TIME
2] What shop is sponsoring event / will be vending on site the day of event?
3] Address / Map Link to location of event.
4] Event web page or forum link
5] If required, a link/.pdf of the sign-up sheet/entry form

POST EVENT WRAP-UP

We need these images from the event:

1] Photo including All participants / All Vehicles - example:   

   

2] Photo including Store Front and or Location Shot:

    Just so people see were the event is taking place.

3] Photo including The winners. This can be all class winners in one shot or each class with winner within that class [1st-3rd / 1st - 5th] Make sure the image is nice and tightly cropped so we can see the drivers faces, usually waist up.

4] NO more that 5-additional images.

5] TEXT: Please include text just explaining a bit about what made your event unique, where event happened, how many came to participate and just a brief on the excitement, then we can get EACH ONE of YOUR EVENTS on the HPI WEB SITE.

*All sponsorship requests must be made via email, include the following information in the respective fields.

"Subject: Sponsorship Request followed by event name and date"

            Example: "Sponsorship Request: US Trans-Am @ Limerock 7/20/08"
