The Moose Caboose hobby shop in Sykesville, Maryland, teamed up with HPI Racing and David Baker of R/C Driver magazine for a fun-filled day out in the sun learning how to paint like a pro!

David is one of the extremely talented painters behind the looks of RC Driver, and often time shares his painting knowledge as often as he can. HPI donated bodies for all to paint up and somewhat experiment with, since if they accidentally messed up, they were not out of the cash for the supplies. This really allowed all to go all-out with it, and try some things they may not try when it is their own money on the line. But with the help of the folks at the Moose Caboose and Mr. Baker, the end result was a slew of clean, show-worthy bodies, but most importantly, the newfound knowledge of just how to produce some magazine quality work all on their own!
