PRESS RELEASE:
HPI Racing, Foothill Ranch, CA., proudly announces the 2008 HPI/HB Challenge Series. The HPI/HB Challenge Series events are designed to give HPI and HB car and truck owners a way to get together for a weekend of fun competition and a chance to meet the HPI and HB crew. The emphasis is on sportsmanship and friendliness, with a dose of adrenaline-induced excitement when it comes time for the finals. There’s no better way to feel the thrill of RC than to step up to the driver’s stand. For a small entry fee each participant receives free HPI and HB gifts, decals, prizes and trophies for most racers. With events in off-road, on-road and drift, the emphasize will be on having FUN!

Open battery rule (LiPo allowed), max 7.4 volts (ie. no 7 cell packs or 3 cell LiPo).

Spec E-10
-HPI E10 Chassis.
-Stock kit HPI Saturn 27T motor.
-HPI T-Drift tires (#4406).
-Optional ESC/servo/receiver allowed.
-Only HPI E10 specific option parts allowed.
Sport T-Drift
-19 turn motor limit (brushless allowed, min 10.5).

The concept of this class is to have a realistic/scale race class that looks like it's full scale GT/Touring Car counterpart.
