HINGE PINS
Many racers have reported to us about their hinge pins working free from the outside ends of the suspension arms. The simplest solution is to use a silicon-based glue or sealant such as Shoe Goo (available in the USA) or a silicon sealant such as windshield or aquarium sealer (from an auto supply or pet supply store). Assemble the hinge pin according to the manual, then apply a small dab of sealant to the end of the hinge pin after it is in place. This holds the pin in place and is easy to remove when you need to adjust the wheelbase or take the car apart.
