This step attaches the steering arms and upper suspension arms to the front bulkhead.

Insert the universal dogbones you made into the steering arms.

Make sure the axle is flush with the bearing, as shown below.

Slide the dogbone into the outdrive and line up the bottom of the steering arm with the hole in the lower suspension arm.

Snap the steering linkage onto the brass pivot ball.

Press the pivot point of the upper suspension arm onto the steering arm.

Here's a comparison of the screws again. You're using the flange head screws in this step!

Screw a flange head screw into the bottom of the steering arm, through the hole in the suspension arm. This becomes the kingpin the front suspension rides on.

Now with the other steering arm, insert the remaining dogbone.

Put the dogbone into the outdrive, and line up the bottom of the steering arm with the hole in the suspension arm.

Snap on the upper suspension arm.

Finally, snap on the other side of the steering linkage.
