Sharp-eyed hobbyists will notice that Step 16 in the manual is listed as Step 15, showing two Step 15's.

Now we get to use the screwdriver again! Attach the brass pivot balls with the machine screws. Make sure the pivot balls are installed flush in the hex mounts on the upper side of the steering arms.
Pay close attention to the screws that come with the kit. Some are "flat head screws" and others are "flange head screws". The flange head screws look like a simple wood nail that has screw threads. See the picture below for a comparison.
Use the flange screws (NOT the thicker flat head screws) to install the bearings into the steering arms.
