1. You can provide your payment information inside the box, in which case we will not have to contact you first. Or, we will contact you for payment information once your items are received if you wish to pay by phone. We accept cashier's check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Do not send personal checks or cash.
2. Include daytime phone number and return shipping address. No P.O. Boxes Please (VERY IMPORTANT).
3. When sending in your product to HPI for upgrade, we highly recommend that you choose a shipping method that has a tracking method and package insurance. UPS and Federal Express shipping includes package tracking, and the US Post Office offers Delivery Confirmation if you ship the package from the Post Office.
4. Any packages lost in shipping to HPI are the responsibility of the sender.

How long does it take for Customer Service to fulfill my order?
We try our best to process orders as soon as they come in, most of the time upgrades are processed within three days of receiving them. If the item you are upgrading to is out of stock, we will call you to let you know the approximate time frame we expect it to ship. All return shipments on upgrades are sent FedEx Ground, so delivery time may vary. HPI USA is in California, so ground shipping to the East Coast can take around 5 business days. The closer you are to California the quicker you will receive your item. We don't work on weekends and holidays, so if you want to calculate the time it takes your exchange to arrive, please consider our weekend/holiday schedule. Canadian Customers: International customs can sometimes delay the delivery by a few days.
