The judges for this HPI Challenge Concours were Ken and Ian from Superior Hobbies and Bill Martinez of HPI. They took several minute to look at the cars that were brought up and chose their top three picks, then chose the winner.

Here are a few of the early standouts:

Most of the cars entered A couple of nice cars! Good BMW!
Mark Waltrip's colors! Uh-oh, another Altezza! One of a few Supra bodies
  Cool Jeff Gordon paint job!

Top Three!

Here are the top three cars that were chosen:

Top Three finalists Shawn Mara, Scott Kovalik and Kenny Martin

Third and Second Place!

Third Place Kenny Martin

Second Place Shawn Mara
Kenny Martin of Orlando, Florida had a very nice, very clean Porsche 911 GT3 body that featured exhaust pipes, nice decal work, side mirrors, scale antenna and chrome wheels  Shawn Mara of Sanford, Florida had a very nice Altezza body, which featured metallic paint, front and rear wipers, side mirrors, painted roll cage, driver figure and inner body, dice hanging from the rearview mirror, front and rear lights, mesh grille, chrome brake rotors with calipers, antenna with jack ball, large exhaust pipes, and several custom stickers!

The Winner!

Rotating disk brakes, calipers, mesh front grille, dual antennas, side mirrors, great paint job...and that's just on the outside!

Here you can clearly see the headlights and flashing corner markers. The tail lights and rear flashers worked, too!

See the video camera on the roll cage with the LED? It was hand-carved from a piece of styrene plastic.

From this angle you can see the (real) woven graphite wing sides, pit lane markers on the rear windows, and check out the mirror finish on the side mirrors!

Winner Scott Kovalik came down from Vancouver, Washington just to race and check out the sites around Orlando!
